Effects of Difference in Athletic Experience and Career of Wrestling on Speed “Tawara-gaeshi”and Muscular Functions in Greco-Roman Wrestlers .

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in speed of “Tawara-gaeshi”, which has been one of the most important throwing techniques in Greco-Roman wrestling, and to examine how the difference in the speed was yielded via any difference in physical capacity, especially in characteristics of muscular functions. In conclusion, it was suggested that improving force output of torso in high-speed manner and, accompanying the improvement, boosting the peak speed in “Tawara-gaeshi” from the start of movement to the throw would be important factors of the Athletic performance in Greco-Roman wrestling.
（本研究は、レスリング競技のグレコローマンスタイルを専門とする中量級選手を中心に競技特徴上、重要とされる「俵返し」のスピードを検討したものである。結果から、競技パフォーマンス向上のためには、「俵返し」動作の「跳ね上げ」までのピークスピードを高めることが競技力向上に繋がる一つの要因である可能性が確認された。）
