Japanese physical fitness surveillance: a greater need for international publications that utilize the world's best physical fitness database.（査読付）

This short review was performed with three main objectives. First, we aimed to briefly summarize the history and test protocols used for Japan's annual national PF surveillance system. Second, we aimed to disucuss published research, including our recent work, which have used data from the PF surveillance database. Third, we propose a priority research agenda for Japanese PF surveillance.
